The NRHC is happy to provide a discount for large group registrations. Every 10th, 20th, and 30th registration is free (students and faculty included). To receive the discount, all registrations must be completed at the same time. Any Scholarship for Equity and Access (SEA) Award recipients will not count toward the volume discount – recipients of the SEA Award and their honors directors will be notified of the award by Monday, February 10th, to facilitate registration by the early bird deadline of February 20th.

Registrations cancelled within 24 hours will receive a full refund, less a $20 fee per registration. Send your immediate cancellation request to NRHCInfo@yesevents.com with registration ID number(s).

After this 24-hour period, all registrations are final. Therefore, member institutions are encouraged to find replacement attendees for registrants. Updated attendee info can be forwarded to NRHCInfo@yesevents.com. Make sure to include the registration ID number(s) and the new attendee name(s) and any changes in dietary restrictions.
